1. Hop in the shower and exfoliate skin using our Pre-Tan Primer or Exfoliating Mitt 2. Ensure skin is clean and dry 3. Prior to application lightly moisturise knees, elbows, hands and dry areas 4. Shake can well and whip a small amount of mousse onto our Application Mitt 5. Apply and blend in circular motions all over the body, focusing on one small area at a time 6. Use the dry side of the mitt to remove any excess product and to buff knees, elbows, ankles and wrists - this helps to avoid these areas from going too dark. 7. Allow to dry completely before dressing. Develops over 6-8 hours. 8. No need to rinse off, just enjoy your new glow! TIP: For a face tan, blend leftover product from the mitt onto face. NOTE: Re-apply daily to build or maintain your desired level of tan.
